Senior Advisor

We’ve been exclusively mandated to identify a Senior Advisor to lead and deliver complex lease restructuring projects across the hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors. This is not a transactional role, it’s a strategic, high-impact position for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving intricate commercial challenges, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence outcomes at the highest level.

The successful candidate will be joining a specialist advisory firm that operates at the intersection of property, finance, and operational strategy. You’ll be working with some of the most recognisable brands in the UK and beyond, helping them navigate critical lease negotiations, unlock value from underperforming assets, and reshape their property portfolios to support long-term growth and resilience. You’ll be expected to take full ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. That means leading negotiations with landlords and other stakeholders, crafting bespoke restructuring strategies, and managing the delivery of complex projects from inception through to resolution.
