Asset Manager - Real Estate Investor

Working within a vertically integrated real estate structure, the role offers broad exposure across investment, development, and operational management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to enhance portfolio performance and support ongoing growth across the Living, Industrial, and Office sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day asset performance and contribute to the delivery of strategic business plans.
• Support leasing, rent reviews, and capital expenditure programmes to optimise returns.
• Prepare financial analysis, reports, and recommendations for investment and asset management decisions.
• Work collaboratively with external partners, managing agents, and advisors to ensure effective delivery.
• Contribute to acquisition, repositioning, and disposal activity as required.
• Ensure sustainability and efficiency are embedded within asset management strategies.

About You

• 5 years’ client-side Asset Management experience, ideally with mixed-sector exposure.
• Commercially minded, numerate, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and asset performance metrics.
• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• MRICS qualification.
