HRA portfolio

We are seeking a part-time Estate Surveyor to join a council in the Southwest. The successful candidate will manage the HRA portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, and new lettings of vacant properties
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance, working closely with the Repairs and Maintenance team
  • Support strategic property decisions and contribute to effective estate management

There are no set days in the office.
