Firstly, please check your junk folder. The email comes from a "no-reply" email as it is automated from our timesheet portal. If it's not there, email your consultant at Oyster and accounts.group@oysterpartnership.com or call us on 0207 766 9000 and we can re-send the log ins.

Let your Oyster Consultant and your employed contractor know so that they can select the 2nd approver to approve the contracts timesheet. If there isn't a 2nd approver set up then please let Oyster know who you'd like to approve your contractors timesheet in your absence.

You will be sent log ins from an automated email from Oyster Time, which is our timesheet portal. You'll need to verify your account in order to use it. Once you've done this you can log in and approve the timesheet.
