Estates & CPO

Looking for an Estates surveyor to sit within a council's regeneration team. The main body of work is the rents and leases, with some CPO work thrown in. 

They are happy for someone to work with flexibility. Full-time or part-time. (Can change rate into hourly). 

What do you need?

  • Experience mostly with L&T.
  • A bit of CPO experience.
  • Public sector experience is a bonus.
  • No MRICS? No problem.
