Asset Manager - BTR

We’re looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the mobilisation, operations, and long-term management of Residential assets, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance across mixed-use estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust service charge strategies and lease structures.
• Lead mobilisation of new residential phases, ensuring seamless handover and defect management.
• Manage outsourced property and facilities teams, driving performance against KPIs.
• Oversee customer experience strategy and teams, aiming for industry-leading satisfaction scores.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and Building Safety Act regulations.
• Collaborate across development, legal, finance, and marketing teams to deliver a cohesive residential vision.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets, business plans, and board-level reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong background in Residential Asset/Property management, ideally in large-scale or mixed-use environments.
• Expertise in service charge management, leasehold legislation, and customer service delivery.
• Experience in managing outsourced agents and launching new developments.
• MRICS qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
