Commercial Property Agent

We’re seeking a motivated property professional to take ownership of commercial agency instructions, drive deals forward, and build lasting client relationships – all while enjoying the support of an experienced leadership team and the chance to grow your career in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a trusted Commercial Agent, promoting clients’ best interests and securing successful outcomes.
• Taking new instructions, carrying out inspections, and ensuring properties are effectively marketed.
• Conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and progressing transactions smoothly through to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while also identifying cross-selling opportunities across other property services.
• Preparing clear and timely marketing reports and client updates.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in commercial property agency transactions (industrial, retail, or office).
• Ideally RICS qualified (or working towards it), though not essential.
• Property-related degree desirable, but strong commercial awareness and deal-making ability are just as important.
• A confident communicator, client-facing, and results-driven.
