Asset Manager - Pan-European Industrial & Logistics Investor

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to take ownership of a diverse industrial portfolio, driving performance through leasing, income optimisation, and strategic asset management. You’ll collaborate across investments, finance, legal, and design functions, working directly with senior stakeholders and capital partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead leasing initiatives and negotiate transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, agents, and local market stakeholders
• Develop and implement value-add strategies to enhance asset performance and minimise vacancy
• Oversee marketing, reporting, and budgeting across the portfolio
• Manage third-party property managers to ensure delivery of operational and financial targets

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial and logistics asset management
• Strong leasing, negotiation, and DCF modelling skills
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Self-motivated and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• UK driver’s licence and flexibility to travel to sites
