Specialists in your sector
We all know about the housing crisis. We also know the UK can’t achieve its 300,000 annual housing delivery target without having the relevant infrastructure in place.
This saw a record-breaking £300bn net stock spend in 2020 and the UK’s Build Back Better, Green Industrial Revolution and Transport Revolution initiatives indicate this won’t be slowing down. Improving our roads, highways, rail, digital connectivity and ports is another mammoth task. Public sector organisations can’t do it alone, which is where we come in.
Being adaptable to the needs of the public sector, our Engineering team is structured to respond to every last detail of the design, delivery and management of our nation’s highways, transport and infrastructure, both operationally and physically.
Oyster has supported over 150 public sector organisations with contract labour for local authorities, public bodies, economic partnerships, transport bodies and Central Government.
We also partner with project management consultancies, highways contractors, multi-disciplinary design consultancies and housebuilders. We know the lingo and we keep a close-grip, but most importantly, we listen.
We also offer a number of recruitment services, which include, executive and retained search, contingency and interim recruitment solutions.
