Want to work two days a week?

We are seeking a part-time Estate Surveyor to join our team on a two-day-per-week basis.  The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of commercial, operational, and community properties within the Council.


Key Responsibilities:
•     Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, and new lettings of vacant properties
•     Oversee repairs and maintenance, working closely with the Repairs and Maintenance team
•     Support strategic property decisions and contribute to effective estate management

There are no set office days.
