Port and Harbour experience?
A client I am working with is recruiting a commercial property professional to lead a programme of lease negotiations and income‑generation across the maritime portfolio.
This role is Outside IR35.
Office presence - 2 days per week.
Role:
- Deliver ~13 high‑priority lease/licence transactions.
- Negotiate new industrial, maritime, and terminal‑building tenancies.
- Manage Crown Estate consents for subleases/changes of use.
- Support valuations and structure income‑maximising deals.
- Lead specialist port tasks: berth disposals, slipway reviews, wind farm cost reclaims.
- Market vacant plots and manage rent reviews/renewals.
- Contribute to strategic projects including government agency requirements and regeneration initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial property/estates background.
- Skilled negotiator able to manage complex, time‑sensitive deals.
- Experience with Crown Estate processes desirable.
- MRICS/Registered Valuer advantageous
