They are now seeking an Associate to join their high-performing Retail Property Management team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high end Retail Estate in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of a diverse retail portfolio
• Deliver value-add and commercialisation initiatives
• Manage rent reviews, lease events, and service charge budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and occupiers
• Support business development and contribute to team success

About You:

• 2–3 years post-qualified experience (MRICS)
• Strong background in retail property management & mixed use
• Commercially astute and confident in managing client expectations
• Skilled in lease analysis, service charge management, and reporting
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
