About the Role

A well‑regarded property firm is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse and busy portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive, long‑tenured team.

You’ll manage a large and diverse commercial portfolio, covering offices, retail and mixed‑use assets. This is a hands‑on, independent role where you’re trusted to manage your workload and relationships confidently.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across a busy commercial portfolio.
• Respond to tenant and landlord queries with a practical, solutions‑focused approach.
• Oversee service charge budgets and collaborate with internal support.
• Carry out inspections, ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance.
• Bring structure, reliability and professional judgement to the portfolio.
