Interim Head of Property

As the Interim Head of Property you will be - 

• Leading client‑side estates and asset management across a mixed portfolio including offices, industrial assets, and a shopping centre.
• Managing outsourced contracts and external consultants.
• Leading a small team (around five people) plus recruiting for a permanent technician post.
• Supporting development and disposal projects alongside internal departments and external advisors.
• Working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive and senior stakeholders to keep momentum and alignment

What you’ll bring

• Experience in public sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a repaired, positive team culture.
• Confidence managing outsourced providers and complex portfolios.
• Ability to be on site two days per week, including Wednesdays.
• MRICS preferred.
