Experienced Commercial Property manager

We’re supporting a well‑established commercial property team in their search for an experienced Property Manager. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident, commercially minded and comfortable managing a varied portfolio while building strong relationships with tenants, clients and contractors. Within this role you will also gain exposure to Asset Management with additional responsibilities as the portfolio expands. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop skills and help progress your career.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for a mixed commercial portfolio, covering day‑to‑day property management alongside some asset management responsibilities. The role includes regular site travel, close coordination with an internal accounts function and working as part of a mature, supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Managing service charges and operational budgets.
• Supporting asset management activity as the portfolio continues to grow.
• Working closely with tenants, contractors and internal teams.
• Balancing property management with strategic input where required.
• Use of TRAMPS.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, proactive and commercially minded.
• Experience in the private sector (public‑sector backgrounds are not suited to the role).
• Comfortable working in a driving role with regular site visits.
• Able to integrate within a mature team environment.
• Agency experience is beneficial but not essential.
