A growing hospitality brand is quietly reshaping how people travel - offering simple, city-focused hotels that are both affordable and low-carbon. With a footprint that spans multiple countries and a clear vision for expansion, they’re continuing to build a team that reflects their ambition.
To support this journey, they’re looking for a Project Manager to join their real estate team. This role sits at the heart of their development strategy, overseeing refurbishment and construction projects across London, Belgium & the Netherlands.
It’s a hands-on position, where autonomy is matched by responsibility - from managing CAPEX plans and coordinating external teams, to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
You’ll be the go-to person for construction in your region, working closely with colleagues across Europe. The environment is lean and entrepreneurial, offering space to grow, contribute meaningfully, and help shape the future of a brand that’s committed to doing things differently.
