Interim Estates Surveyor

A council in Yorkshire is seeking a Landlord & Tenant Specialist to help reduce a growing backlog.

 You’ll be working across a mixed‑use portfolio of around 4,500 assets, including commercial units, residential properties, community buildings, operational sites, and land holdings. 

They’re looking for someone with strong experience in Landlord & Tenant matters and the ability to manage a varied caseload. Local authority experience is beneficial but not essential. The same goes for MRICS. 

This is a hybrid role with two days per week required in the office.
