A council in the Midlands is looking for an Interim Disposals Surveyor with broad experience to pick up general estates work.
The role will involve property rationalisation, disposals, and carrying out option and property appraisals.
They’re looking for a well-rounded estates professional with strong landlord & tenant experience, but who can also operate at a more strategic level.
It would be useful if you could undertake valuations, but not a must. (This would be a small part of the role & you do not need to be a reg valuer).
Coming in once a week is ideal, but open to more flexibility.
MRICS needed.
