About the Role
You’ll manage financial operations for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review client financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage service charge accounts in line with RICS and ARMA standards.
- Oversee reconciliations, accruals, and year-end processes.
- Liaise with property managers and clients to resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure timely collection of rents and service charges.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support client decisions.
- Mentor junior accountants and support team development.
Ideal Candidate
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in property accounting (residential and/or commercial).
- Excellent understanding of service charge accounting and industry regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Qube, MRI).
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
