Commercial Property Manager

Salary up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience plus package

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced commercial property manager who is ready to step away from the corporate city environment while continuing to work with a diverse and engaging portfolio.

You will be joining a well-established commercial team of ten professionals and reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Management. The role involves managing a range of assets including retail, industrial and office properties. These assets vary in calibre from secondary stock to Grade A, offering a broad and stimulating scope of work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving. You will be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture.

This role suits someone who still has a passion for property but is seeking a more balanced and personable working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

 • Day to day management of a mixed commercial portfolio

 • Liaising with tenants, contractors and stakeholders

 • Overseeing maintenance, compliance and service charge budgets

 • Supporting strategic asset management initiatives

 • Ensuring high standards of property performance and tenant satisfaction
