Interim Estates Surveyor (Part-time).

A council in the Southeast is looking for a part‑time Estates Surveyor. 

The role is varied and will involve landlord and tenant work, development matters, and disposals. A Registered Valuer would be preferred, but this isn’t essential.

You’ll also provide light guidance to a team of four surveyors. 

Office attendance is required one to two times per week.

This is offered on a three‑month rolling contract but is ultimately covering a maternity leave.
