A council in the Midlands is looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to support their operational portfolio. 

The role focuses mainly on rent reviews and lease work. Someone in the team is leaving shortly, so they’re aiming to bring someone in quickly.

MRICS isn’t required, and the position offers hybrid working with 1–2 days a week in the office. There is one set day each week when the wider team is on site, and it would be preferable for this to be one of your office days.
