The role:
- Oversee day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, including industrial estates, office spaces, and retail assets
- Prepare and monitor service charge budgets
- Manage landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals and rent reviews
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate reporting
The ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in commercial property management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance and safety standards
