Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facilities operations across the school site
- Support the management of planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Assist with contractor scheduling, site access, and performance monitoring
- Track and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and compliance documentation
- Support sustainability initiatives and promote best practices across the campus
Requirements
- Experience in facilities coordination, administration, or a related support role
- Understanding of health & safety procedures and compliance obligations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Confident communicator able to liaise with staff, contractors, and suppliers
- Competent IT user (Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to solve problems with a practical mindset
