Chartered Building Surveyor

A local authority in Surrey are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to Work with the Portfolio team on guidance on dilapidation (interim or terminal schedules) and assisting them deal with external consultants in concluding claims.Provide advice on defects to property and calling upon other professional where necessary to provide cause and remedy. Assist Property Surveyor on advise and assisting on new tenants License to Alter works and managing the fitout through to completion for the Council as Landlords.

This is a six month contract with possibility for extention, on a £300 per day umbrella rate.
