Based in Yorkshire. 

The Council is looking for an MRICS‑qualified surveyor to help address a backlog of commercial rent reviews within the property portfolio. The role involves reviewing leases, updating records and ensuring rent review cases are progressed in a timely and professional manner.

You’ll be working across a varied commercial estate, providing general practice advice and supporting the estates team where needed. Experience in commercial property management is important, and recent experience with rent reviews and lease work would be helpful. 

The contract is for 12 months, with a day rate of £450. The role requires you to be in the office once a week. 

Must be MRICS.
