They’re now looking for an experienced MRICS Lease Advisory / Valuations Surveyor to step in at Associate level, take ownership of a varied caseload, and play a key role in shaping how the newly combined consultancy evolves.
The Role
You’ll join a close‑knit, 25‑strong team where directors stay hands‑on and accessible. Expect autonomy from day one, with full support behind you.
Your work will span:
- Rent reviews, lease renewals and re‑gears
- Negotiating directly with landlords, tenants, solicitors and agents
- Red Book‑compliant commercial valuations (secured lending, acquisitions, asset management, reporting)
- Managing and nurturing long‑term relationships with HNW and institutional clients
