What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio across Kent.
• Preparing, monitoring, and reconciling service charge budgets.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and general estates queries.
• Ensuring all properties meet compliance, health, and safety standards.
• Working closely with clients and internal teams, providing accurate reporting and advice.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in commercial property management.
• Strong organisational skills and confidence communicating with tenants and clients.
• MRICS or AssocRICS desirable (full support provided).
