Senior Investment Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the company’s new and existing funding partners for living sector development schemes across the UK. The role is focussed on executing transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Reporting into the Head of Investment, the ideal person will have experience in closing transactions, including financial underwriting and agreeing legal documentation. They will be capable of leading transactions, managing a variety of internal and external teams, and negotiating with counterparties to secure financially attractive terms for the company.

Requirements:

• Experience of acquisition, disposal, financing, funding and structuring of transactions
• Ability to deliver projects independently, assessing risk and seeking senior approvals where appropriate / necessary
• Numerate & analytical, with Excel skills and familiarity – ability to interrogate models and assumptions
• Ability to manage and develop team members
• Strong communication skills, personable and ability to build relationships
• Project management / coordination and attention to detail

On offer is a salary of up to £100,000 + Package.
