As a Partner in their Capital Markets team, you will be responsible for generating revenue across the Operational Living sector, covering BTR, Co-Living, Senior Living & Student Accommodation.

This individual will drive business development initiatives and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify, source, secure and monitor deals within Operational Living.
• Provide clients with the best deals in the market, packaging complex investments and maximising returns.
• Screen potential deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and deal potential.
• Bring in new opportunities, clients, and expansion across the UK.
• Lead business development initiatives, seeking new partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities for growth.
• Identify potential markets, evaluate expansion options, and negotiate strategic alliances or acquisitions to drive business growth.

About you:

• Exceptional track record of doing deals in the Living sector.
• Strong contact base and local market insight within Operational Living.
• Tenacious approach.
• Strong understanding of property development, investment, and management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of successful client engagement.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
