I have partnered exclusively to present an opportunity to join a highly regarded Central London office management team as an Associate Property Manager.
They are known for managing some of most well-known towers and reputable multi let offices, some measuring well over 1 million sq ft.
You will split your time 50/50 between two of the most iconic towers in the city. These two assets are the best London has to offer when it comes to Office space.
Having created a highly distinguished system, the Property Managers are able to supply and monitor a level of service that you would expect with assets of this class.
You will have a great chance to lead on key areas including:
- Proptech
- ESG
- Placemaking
- Building strategy
- Occupier engagement
- Other value added services
You will be based in their City office with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
