Associate Quantity Surveyor

Born 15 years ago, this consultancy has done incredibly well with growth, retention, and in the delivery of some of the top projects in London, and they intend to keep moving in this direction.

Based in Central London, the company are split into different teams run by different partners.

One of the partners is looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join his team who focus more on large commercial developments.

What will be expected of you?

You will be tasked with looking after key clients and aim to keep up the reputation of winning repeat business. You will also have the chance to bring on new clients and you will be fully supported in your mission to do so. You will also find yourself managing different teams on different projects.

As a business they are forward thinking, and care about the development of their staff, from Graduate up to Director, with excellent APC support. They offer a unique profit share scheme, a proportion of which is tax-free, on top of your performance discretionary bonus.

You’ll be joining a very social team, who go on company holidays, sometimes even twice a year. They also have an international office in an attractive part of the world, with the opportunity to transfer to down the line.
