Associate Director - Property Manager

They are renowned for dealing with some of London most iconic mixed-use estates. Alongside this they work with a client base of Pensions funds and Landed Estates including several towers located in the City & West End.

As an Associate Director you will be leading on a key new client, managing a portfolio of prestigious Central London Trophy Assets.

You will be responsible for the performance of the assets including the management of services including:

• Finance team
• Sited based teams including facilities management
• Surveying team
• Specialist services teams, ESG, Procurement, CX, Data, Technology

You will be based in their West End based office, with flexible working. My client offers a market leading remuneration package with a strong track record of bonuses over the last decade.

The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 5 years Commercial Property Management experience. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Associate Director looking to transition onto a high value portfolio.
