About you?

• Previous management experience within property role or environment.
• Demonstrable experience of working independently,

• having the confidence to take ownership and use initiative with decision making.
• The ability to to devise and implement operational plans
• . Experience of Microsoft Office software, financial computer systems and databases.
• The ability to present and analyse information in an accurate, professional and appropriate format. Able to work in a team and enthuse and motivate others, achieving results through others, without necessarily using line management authority.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a wide range of people.
• The ability to take an innovate approach in identifying and analysing issues and developing effective solutions to problemend me what you have, and we can discuss further.s and challenges.
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality in relation to information, conversations and data Knowledge of Facilities Management and Health and Safety requirements/legislation.
