SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

If you're a veteran in managing multiple major works projects, this is directed to you.

You'll be working with a Housing Association in London who are looking for someone who knows how to simultaneously manage multiple projects that range in value between £1m - £3.5m.

You will be on a day rate between £400 - £425 per day for an initial 6 months which will be extended for a further 6 months if everyone is happy.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:

• Lateral mains replacement projects
• Externals - roofing and balcony refurbishment
• Kitchens and bathroom programmes

You'll be managing multiple multidisciplinary consultants, securing necessary approvals, authorising payments and attending progress review meetings.

Along with this you'll be leading resident engagement and consultation and working closely with their service charge team to follow the Section 20 process.
