They specialise in both acquiring and disposing of development opportunities, encompassing residential and commercial investments, with or without planning permission. Current classes of specialisation include, BTR, PBSA, CoLiving, Industrial and Logistics, whilst experience in these sectors in preferred if you do not have any exposure to those sectors but have the right mentality, work ethic and a history of excellent customer service as an agent you will still be considered. If you thrive in a fast-paced in environment where no two days are the same and excel at meeting and surpassing targets, this could be the role for you.
