What you’ll do:
- Manage a mix of owner‑occupied and let commercial sites
- Oversee service charges, budgets & reconciliations
- Lead rent collection, inspections, renewals & negotiations
- Support compliance across all sites
- Work closely with senior leadership in a small, collaborative team
