The Role
You’ll oversee a mixed commercial portfolio made up of offices, commercial units and other mixed-use spaces. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position where relationship building is key.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Property & tenant management
- Rent collection
- Service charge oversight (where applicable)
- Maintenance coordination
- Regular client liaison and long‑term relationship management
