Looking for someone local to Kent

A council in Kent is looking for an Estates Surveyor to join the team.  

Overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals and carrying out regular site visits, while also leading tenant negotiations.

Must be MRICS and bring a strong background in asset management. You should be a confident negotiator, capable of managing multiple assets and priorities at once.

Looking for someone at £400–£450 per day, depending on experience.

Ideally, looking for someone living in Kent.
