Commercial Property Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Property Management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining the day to day running of the property, and delivering exceptional client service from day one.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of a varied commercial portfolio while contributing to long‑term asset performance. You will:

• Oversee building operations, maintenance, and statutory compliance.
• Manage service charge budgets, financial reporting, and expenditure control.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate refurbishment, repair, and improvement projects.
• Drive initiatives that enhance asset value, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all Health & Safety obligations are met.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing commercial properties and service charge budgets.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working with autonomy.
• Ambitious and keen to progress as the team continues to grow.
• MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is beneficial but not essential.
