Interim Disposals Surveyor

In the office 3 days per week. 

I am looking for someone who can step into a process‑driven disposals role focused on conveyancing work. 
This is a niche position that requires a strong legal understanding and a solid grasp of the conveyancing process. 

The work is documentation‑heavy, so it suits someone comfortable with detailed tasks. 

There is no strategy to the role, everything has already been signed off. 

The role involves preparing disposal packs, pulling together all required information, preparing CPSEs, checking conveyancing documents, and more.

You will act as the single point of contact, liaising with solicitors, engaging with auction houses, and coordinating inter‑organisational transfers. 

A surveyor with a good understanding of disposals is needed.
