Associate Building Surveyor

Oyster is partnering with a well-established boutique consultancy, who are looking for Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join the team in their Stunning Soho office.

This firm aren’t offering just any old building surveying job, instead they are providing a platform specifically for your growth.

You’ll be a key member of the team, reporting directly into the Director, having the ability to line manage, lead from the front and pave your way towards equity in the business – you will be a long-term investment for them.

They specialise in Building Surveying, Project Management, Asset Management, and Property Management serving a diverse clientele across commercial, residential, Education and other property sectors.

From Institutional landlords to Property Developers, commercial occupiers, high net worth individuals, and educational institutions, they work with a wide spectrum of esteemed clients, and are known for delivering an exceptional service.

You'll dive into a stimulating mix of professional and project works – no two days will be the same, keeping you on your toes daily.

On the days you’re in the office, you’ll have access to a wellbeing room, gym, showers, quiet workspace rooms, 2 collaborative communal areas and there’s even a DJ booth in the reception.
