Investment Analyst

They are now looking to hire a best-in class Real Estate Analyst to be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of the current portfolio as well as future acquisitions.

This individual will be able to handle both complex and high-level financial analysis, reporting and research tasks. They will be expected to prepare presentations to summarise and display the conclusions of this analysis in a concise and well-considered output.

They should have an interest in the AI industry and its developments and be motivated to understand and implemented its application for financial analysis and presentations. My client’s aim is to revolutionise their analysis systems using AI, and they are looking for a candidate who can help them achieve this goal.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for real estate transactions and property acquisitions.
• Develop financial models using Excel to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
• Prepare presentation materials and financial reports for the management team and other stakeholders.
• Working with the Data & AI team, research, propose and help implement AI technologies that can improve the preparation of financial analysis and presentations.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements:

• 2 years + experience working as an Analyst, preferably within Real Estate.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or relevant experience in a real estate-related or finance-related role.
• Strong financial modeller.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Interest in AI technologies and its applications in Real Estate Finance.
