Investment Analyst

This organisation has a significant property portfolio, valued in the region of £1bn and they are continuing to invest, irrespective of market conditions throughout the UK and Europe.

With large reserves of capital they are looking for an ambitious self-starter who will play a crucial role screening, underwriting and structuring investments as the portfolio continues to expand.

This hire will be based in London, reporting directly into the leaders of the business focussing on Real Estate investments, across a multitude of asset classes, that offer attractive returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening Investment opportunities from single assets to large diverse portfolios across multiple asset classes.
• Building and maintaining financial models to analyse investment opportunities.
• Deal underwriting and conducting market research across multiple sectors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant experience as an Analyst within Real Estate.
• Significant financial modelling experience and ability to assess underlying risks to investments.
• Strong knowledge of investment structures and return calculations.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

• £60,000 - £80,000 + Package (including significant bonus)
