Director of Property role

Calling all Directors (of Property), a new job for you has arisen!

A very busy council in the heart of Kent is looking for an experienced manager (must have local authority experience) to take over the Assets, Estates, FM, and Building Surveying teams.

Someone has just retired, leaving room for an £800 a day, 3 month contract.

You will be working on a large disposals scheme and transformation of the current property department.

Interviews start in early April and would like someone start asap.
