As a Senior Resident Services Manager, you will be overseeing the onsite lettings and property management team of a 229 unit BTR Scheme with 3 SME commercial units. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the resident experience at their properties. You will lead a dedicated team, driving initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement. Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, and develop staff including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
• Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility where required.
• Control all costs within budgeted responsibilities, maintaining records of all spend per property.
• Provide the Portfolio Manager and Client with insight in to the local market, competitors and local demographic.

Requirements:

• You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need to have management experience.
• You will need experience in managing expenditure against budget.
• You need to have an understanding H&S compliance and complex building matters.
• You need to have experience in either BTR or PBSA Sector.
