Opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Manager or high-potential Project Manager ready to transition into a more senior role to join a leading boutique Consultancy in the heart of London!
Who are they?
I am currently working with a small, founder-led boutique agency with a rich project portfolio valued up to £100 million, spearheaded by three practice partners who previously held Director positions at major UK consultancies.
At present, they are a team of 17, and aim to expand to 35-50 over the next five years while maintaining their reputation as a respected SME. Their diverse projects span across various sectors such as Residential, Prime Residential, Commercial, Hotels, and Education, ranging from £5 million to £100 million in value.
One of the key aspects of their company culture is an 'open door' policy, fostering a highly collaborative environment where everyone, from graduates to directors, supports each other. Their core services include Cost Management, Project Management, and Contract Administration, and they reward hard work with incentives such as profit-sharing for successful projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects, preferably with experience in the commercial sector. They are looking for someone with gravitas and a proactive 'can-do' attitude, as a boutique agency consistently exceeds expectations by securing and delivering large-scale projects in London. Collaboration is key to our success, and we value individuals who can work harmoniously without big egos.
