You will get to work in a home-based setting while the company car will be there to get you around London and the South East covering Kent and Sussex.

A flexible 35-hour week and 25 days annual leave will help you regain that healthy work-life balance.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract with potential to extend.

With a portfolio of over 3000 properties including residential, offices, churches, shops and even farms, you’re guaranteed to break the monotony while focusing mostly on cyclical works and planned maintenance projects worth up to £300,000.

Your emphatic nature and effective communication skills will finally be put to good use too, as you will be maintaining strong and positive client relationships.
