Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a high‑quality facilities service across the school campus
- Assist with maintaining full compliance with health & safety and safeguarding requirements
- Help coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across buildings and grounds
- Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and ensure value for money
- Support small projects, refurbishments, and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain strong working relationships with contractors, suppliers, and school staff
- Act as a key point of contact for facilities queries across the school
Requirements
- Highly organised with excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage workloads, prioritise effectively, and solve problems proactively
