Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily soft services across the school campus
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Lead, support, and schedule soft‑services staff
- Coordinate operational tasks and respond to service requests
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors and school teams
- Oversee stock, supplies, and basic budget tracking
- Act as a key contact for soft‑services queries
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience supervising cleaning, hospitality, or soft‑services teams
- Ability to prioritise, problem‑solve, and maintain high standards
