Project Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project QS to join a close-knit team off 11 within a highly reputable consultancy based in Central London.

You will have a one-on-one mentor, a young director and a very personable chap that has a track record of developing junior staff, his last mentee is now at a Senior level and on their own two feet, managing clients and building a network of their own – he is now looking to take on his next protegee.

Projects would involve commercial, higher education and pharmaceutical schemes, working with well-known developers and some on London’s most prestigious Universities with values ranging over £100m. The beautiful thing is that they have certain schemes that are made up of a multitude of smaller schemes, meaning that you will have the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish, putting you in a good position to complete your APC.

They have one of the best APC structures in the industry and will offer you all the support necessary if this is something you would like to have under your belt.

You will be looked at as someone to be relied on, someone that can lead meetings and build on existing relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to be pushed and be exposed to the client side of the business.
